研究方向:

多倍体植物演化及环境适应性的表观遗传修饰调控研究。主要包括:

(1)异源四倍体甘蓝型油菜环境适应性演化的分子机制;

(2)古多倍体胡桃属植物亚基因组表达优势的表观遗传调控机制;

(3)核桃楸生殖适应性演化性状(雌雄异型异熟)的遗传及表观遗传调控机制。
