研究方向
我个人的主要研究方向为我国草原毒害草的发生规律以及防控技术。具体研究内容包括棘豆属植物的遗传分化对内生真菌共生及毒性分化的影响机制,土壤微生物多样性与瑞香狼毒蔓延的关系研究,以及毒害草的抗性机制研究。目前的主要课题是毒害草黄花棘豆的全基因组ONT测序以及基于植物-内生真菌的高通量测序的遗传分化研究。
