个人简介

2004-2007 中国农业大学微生物学专业 博士
2007-2013 美国华盛顿大学病理学系 博士后
2013-2016 江南大学医学院 副教授,硕士生导师
2017-至今 西北大学生命科学学院 教授,博士生导师
主要研究方向:肿瘤细胞生物学
骨髓微环境,是支持和调节造血干/祖细胞生长发育的内环境,包括骨髓基质细胞、细胞外基质和造血因子等。造血干细胞和造血微环境通常被比拟为“种子”和“土壤”。骨髓基质细胞在促进造血干细胞生成血细胞的各个环节中如静止、分化、增殖、成熟、凋亡和耐药等都起着十分重要的作用。本课题组利用多组学技术挖掘骨髓微环境中的利好因子,结合细胞模型、小鼠模型、临床样本等,研究骨髓微环境中这些利好因子的生物学功能以及分子调控机制等,为阐明骨髓微环境对造血干细胞的命运决定提供理论基础。
